Chocolate Pudding Pops
When I was a child, Jell-O pudding pops were one of my favorite desserts. Frozen pudding on a stick. What child wouldn’t love that? Sadly, they stopped making Jell-O pudding pops years ago. Luckily they’re quite easy to make. Now, Talya can enjoy one of my favorite childhood treats…and I still can, too.
Pudding Pops
Makes 6
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 package (3 1/2 ounces) instant chocolate Jell-O pudding mix
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Heat the milk in a small pot. Once warm, add the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and add in the evaporated milk, instant pudding and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Transfer the liquid to the popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours, or overnight.
